Develop Clairvoyance
Develop Clairvoyance | Astral Projection | See Auras | Shamanic Binding | Shielding
It is possible to improve your natural ability with clairvoyance through practice. A good start might be to look around you, then close your eyes and try to picture your surroundings.
This is also good exercise for visualization. And visualization is an essential talent in magic. Open your eyes again and check your accuracy. Then close your eyes and try it again.
When you use your physical eyes, look at everything like a child seeing it for the first time. Let the vividness of color and form burn into you, until everything takes on a veritable glow.
Try to capture that glow when you close your eyes now and picture your surroundings. It’s just a simple step to extend what you see with your eyes closed into what you remember seeing in the next room, or what you ‘imagine’ seeing in the next building, the next city, even the other side of the world. Don’t expect perfect results, especially at first.
Just try to be even partly right. Another exercise is to picture a clock face, and thereby tell the time clairvoyantly.
Bath that awakens your inner clairvoyance
Purpose: To stimulate the soul’s openness to impressions and promote the development of ‘super natural’ abilities. Mix at least 3 oils from the selection below in your bath water. Use 5 drops of each.
Lilac oil: Helps you to see past lives, stimulates psychic abilities.
Citronelle: Promotes ‘super natural’ abilities. Pour some on your forehead as well while you bathe. This oil is used by mediums and spiritists to achieve contact with the souls.
Mimosa: For an evening bath. Opens the door to your ‘super natural’ self. Keep a pad and a pencil by the bed and write down what you dream. Don’t be surprised if you experience glimpses of the future in your dreams.
Juniper: For psychic protection and cleansing. Should be in all baths for increased psychic awareness.
Magnolia: Good for meditation and developing psychic abilities, peace and harmony.
Nutmeg: Promotes clairvoyance and widens the consciousness. Just use a small amount!
You also have to remember the candles! (Maybe you could combine it with the right color?) Mix the ingredients in the warm water after you’ve added yourself to the tub. Whirl the essential oils around your body.
The third eye (a stone!) you place on the middle of your forehead, between the eyebrows. Mystics believe that our inner clairvoyance is awakened if we concentrate on this spot.
If you do the following exercise every day, you’ll at least feel and experience your third eye.
It goes like this:
Let a candle burn, but place it so that you can see it.
Stare into the flame, relax your eyes and imagine that the flame is reflected on your forehead between the eyebrows.
Concentrate on this point for a few minutes.
After a while you close your eyes, while you still have your attention focused on the third eye, and you let your thoughts fly, but try to limit the thinking.
If you should find that the thoughts take over, try to stop them by concentrating on your breathing. If you count to seven every time you inhale, and every time you exhale, you’ll calm the brain, so that your third eye can open.
