This is, of course, providing that you follow normal routines to stay healthy, like washing your hands.

Ginger has been shown to reduce cholesterol, inflammation, and help cardiovascular conditions.

These are good, and fortunately all herbs and flavors I love. I also use a lot of citrus, which helps absorb calcium–especially if you need to take supplements.
Yes, citrus is a good addition, also for the added immune system boost of the vitamin C.
i love garlic and onions
I love onions, but I’ve never been a huge fan of eating garlic. It’s ok in moderate amounts, but some don’t have moderation 😀
I currently have the first flu in over five years and I’m putting garlic into every meal I take! Also taking honey with cinnamon, and so far I’ve kept my sinuses from getting congested.

Ginger is also a good one for flu. Both for the condition and any pain.
