The Art Witch Blog
I’m a mythical artist, photographer, designer, intuitive and all-around creative based in the Norwegian mountains and this is my blog.
This is where I share my creative expression and do my best to inspire, empower, share tips and information, and give the occasional kick in the butt so you can have a more fulfilling life. You’ll also find a lot of art, some behind the scenes and works in progress, as well as some strong opinions, and a swear word or two. If you enjoy the posts, please share them.

Final Score for Which Series Gets Painted First
Last week, I asked you to vote on which art series I should create first and now the votes have been counted. This is the result:
Drawing Flowers With My Toes
This week’s challenge involves toes and sharpies. I’m attempting to make a drawing of some flowers with my feet. I did expect it not to be pretty but it’s probably one of the ugliest drawings I’ve made 😀 At least as an adult.
The results of the vote so far
Here's the current standing for the vote on which series to create first: It will be interesting to see what the end result will be. If you want to add your vote, you can do that at the bottom of Monday's post.
Time for You to Vote on Which Series to Create First
I said earlier that I would have you vote on which series I should create first and now all of the samples are ready and it’s time for you to vote.
Creating a Fan Art Drawing From Undertale for My Daughter
I don’t normally do fan art but my daughter is obsessed with the stories surrounding the game Undertale, so I’m making an exception today.

Would You Like to Get a Tarot Deck I’ve Created?
I just ordered the first printing of the Arthropoda Tarot Deck. It took a lot longer than I’d planned but they’re on their way here. The time frame the printer gave me was that the decks are estimated to arrive at my house between July 17 – July 20.
Creating a drawing upside down
This time, for the weekly art challenge, I’m making an attempt at drawing upside down. Because of my health issues, I won’t be upside down, but my drawing will.
A Month to Create More Room for Family and Other Creations
As I have the last 3 years, I’m taking July off to relax, to spend more time with my daughter and to create more room to explore art and other creative things. I’m telling you this now, instead of on Saturday because I prefer to give advance notice on these things.
Creating a Painting With Water Droplets
For today’s art challenge, I’ll be making water drop art like makoccino did in her video. Painting with droplets of watercolour.
Creating Art in Cycles for Productivity, Cohesiveness and Variety
Creating art in cycles or series has helped my productivity a lot. It also helps me create a cohesive body of work and I get the variety I crave (unless I do another series of 100 paintings which is highly unlikely :D) Creating art in series helps me create the...
Drawing a random animal in pencil
I've been crazy busy with preparations for the Viking market on top of what I normally do, so I wanted to keep it relatively simple today. That's why I chose to do a random animal drawing. I used a random animal generator to give me an animal to draw and then drew it...
