As I told you in my last post, my body is objecting to the season so I’m not drawing or painting and I’m not posting as much. I am doing some crochet though. Both to stay creative and to get some vintage-inspired items for my self.
These are the items I’ve done in crochet so far this month
(Including a ‘failure’)
A cloche-shaped hat
I used a pattern from “Bag o Day Crochet and more” on YouTube for this one but skipped the flower. It mainly uses V-stitches except for the lower part of the hat itself. I think I need to press the brim so it gets a bit less wavy but otherwise, I’m happy with it,
An attempted Beret
This Beret looks alright but it turned out way too small.
A Snood
I’m happy with this snood. There is no pattern, I made it up as I went along but basically, it’s single crochet stitches and chains.
And now I’ve started on another Beret, a black one this time, using puff stitches.
