I see a lot of people choosing a word for the year. The reason they do this is to have a focus for their actions. It also makes it easier to stay on track, to check if what you do is in line with what you want, and to check back later if you got it the way you wanted it. I don’t have a specific word, but this song fits rather well with the intentions I gave you yesterday.

Do you have a focus word or desired feeling for 2014?

This is the first time I have chosen a word for the year, and I am excited by the power of setting intentions at the New Moon/New Year.

This year, my focus is DECIDE and ACT, with something different for each month. January is for CLARITY. I have to know what’s going on before I can decide what I want and act on it.

    Good song choice 🙂

I don’t have one this year – it’s hard to describe, but I feel like I can’t put it all into one word. It worked last year, but not this time 🙂

I had a really hard time with that too. I finally found my word with the help of Rachel, and I’m going to put it to good use 🙂

My word for the year is Surrender – the scariest, most exciting and challenging word evah! 😀
