Today I want to share a video made by Kama Frankling – a fellow entrepreneur and chronic pain sufferer.
The key point here is that moving into acceptance is the secret to finally take action on what you need to do to feel better. I couldn’t agree more, as I’ve gone through similar things. I wasn’t born with hip dysplasia, but I was born hypermobile. What we do share, is the osteoarthritis and the pain.

Wow, I can relate to this issue! I also have osteoarthritis, as well as asthma, and it does seem like I’ve just resisted the concepts – especially because the arthritis is a hereditary issue that reminds me of my deceased mother (gone 2 years now) and is also something that reminds me of impending old(er) age (I’m 55 now).
Thanks for your thoughts – and I love your accent! 🙂
🙂 I think we all can help each other once we stop resisting. It makes us more susceptible to good advice as well.
