Having someone do something for you, as the foot massage in the picture is also an option. You’re not going to get more stuff done if you wear yourself out. It’s a Sunday for goodness’ sake! Take some time off already! Remember that list I asked you to make a while ago, with self-care stuff to do. Pick one of those items on that list and do it! I’m not accepting excuses today, do something for yourself, something that takes your mind off your to-do list.
