I bet you’ve felt a bit under the weather, sluggish and unmotivated lately, I know I have. I’m totally fed up with winter and being cooped up inside. Well, Spring has finally arrived in most parts of the Northern Hemisphere, so it’s time to kick your butt over that threshold and get outside.
Recharge those batteries of yours by getting out in the sun, taking a walk and socializing with friends. I know from experience that detaching your behind from the couch can be very hard. But as soon as I’m done with the convalescence from the surgery, I’m dragging myself outside for a long walk every day. Won’t you join me?
I completely agree! I have been walking 4 or 5 days a week over the last 6 weeks and it’s given me much more energy. Thanks for the encouragement!
I look forward to do that too. In addition to the energy boost, I hope it helps me shed the surplus 50+ lbs I’m carrying 🙂 A 2for1 🙂
I live in SoCal and so the weather is usually good. There is something about the arrival of Spring and I certainly felt a surge right at the time of the Equinox.
And yes, i will be joining you for a long walk. What a great idea anytime of the year!
SoCal is very fra from Norway 😀 It is a great idea, but I can’t do it during winter because of my joints.
Yes, I am under the weather but I am looking forward to walking after working today! The sun is shining in Ohio and that must be enjoyed 🙂 Even if for 15 minutes.
Yes, enjoy it while it’s there 🙂
I am so excited that spring is here. I love the colors and the freshness of everything. I
Spring is my favorite season for many reasons 🙂
I’m anxious for spring to arrive and stay. We’ve had a few warmer days but then cold hits. I want it to stay for good so Titan and I can play outside every night 🙂
I want it to as well, but I don’t have a dog anymore. We might get one when I’m done with treatments so the government decides I should stay home.
You’re sending your bitterly cold northern winds our way, so it’s been cold here – but the sun has been shining too. I’ve been walking my dog around the park and to the field 2-3 times per day, and it’s been lovely.
Can’t be sending them there, they’re still here 😀
