I’ve started the preparations for the feast I’m hosting on the 14th of January. We’ll be 11-13 people, so it takes a fair bit of planning. The menu has had to change slightly from what was originally planned. The original plans can be found at http://bit.ly/Julebord2011
I’ll take any help and advice I can get on portion sizes, cooking methods, spices etc. I’m extremely thankful for the help I’ve gotten already, especially from Sunniva Saksvik and Dan Schneider.
