Have an amazing Winter Solstice, Yule, Jul, Christmas, Kwanza or whatever name you use for the holiday at this time of year (I know Hanukkah already passed).

Make sure to have some fun, relax and spend time with those you love, when possible. Do something nice for yourself and others. If you can help other people in some way, now’s a good time to do so. Other than that, stay healthy, safe, warm and have a great end to 2021.

I had surgery on the 17th so I’m taking it easy. I am doing just fine. It wasn’t for anything dangerous. More details are available on my Facebook profile (TMI warning). It was my 12th procedure and I hope I won’t have any more.

I’m celebrating with my daughter on the 21st, as she’ll be with her father over Christmas. I also have a celebration that evening by myself but with friends online, and on the 24th with a friend who’s coming over for company and good food. My daughter and I will continue the celebration when she gets back on the 27th.

Enjoy the holiday 🙂

May the light return in more ways than one. I know I’m not the only one who’s fed up with the current situation.
