If you want to change your life and be happier, you’re going to have to start somewhere. Make a list of all the things you wish were different, all the things you think are “bad” in your life.
Then take that list, and by everything you want to change, write down how to change it, how to get rid of it. If you don’t know how that’s fine for now. You just have to write down those you do know. The rest you can learn how to change by researching what others have done to solve them.
Once you have that list of things you want to change, take it and put it where you can’t avoid looking at it at least once a day, and every day you pick one of the “bad things”, and do something about it to get it off that list and out of your life. If you don’t handle the issue, it will stay with you. So do something to take care of at least one of the points on your list every day. When you get to cross one off, you’ll feel so much better about yourself and your life.
