I’m finally done with the ‘bend-and-flex’ machine. Since I’m able to bend my knee 100 degrees, I get to start using the exercise bike today (no resistance). Using the bike for 4×10 minutes is much better than using the machine for 4×30 minutes. I’ve also got 5 exercises that I’ll continue doing once a day for three weeks before they change. I’ll have to remember to phone the physio today, to see if there are any openings when I go back to work.
