A lot of us start off with the best of intentions when it comes to self-care. But somehow we let procrastination and bad prioritizing get the better of us. There are three things that are essential if you’re going to be able to stick to the self-care you set out to do.
- Keep it simple; Start with something small, and keep it short. Once it’s a habit, you can expand on it.
- Schedule; Put it in your schedule, and keep it there as non-negotiable me-time.
- Prioritize; Make yourself the priority. You have to come first, to be able to function in the long run.
