If you’re feeling stressed out, or unmotivated, a little sparkle can go a long way. By sparkle, I mean something that is shiny, or sparkles, or is pretty. It might be:

  • A nicer pair of shoes than you usually wear
  • A piece of clothing you don’t wear everyday
  • A piece of jewelry
  • Makeup
  • Flowers
  • Art

Or just about anything that changes the way you feel about your day. Trust me, it helps. Why not try it next time you’re having an off day.
