If you’re feeling stressed out, or unmotivated, a little sparkle can go a long way. By sparkle, I mean something that is shiny, or sparkles, or is pretty. It might be:
- A nicer pair of shoes than you usually wear
- A piece of clothing you don’t wear everyday
- A piece of jewelry
- Makeup
- Flowers
- Art
Or just about anything that changes the way you feel about your day. Trust me, it helps. Why not try it next time you’re having an off day.
