The Moon will be dark tomorrow, so the time of stillness has begun. The Dark Moon is a perfect time to catch up on rest, relaxation, and meditation. This is something a lot of us female entrepreneurs forget, so I wanted to remind you.
The Dark Moon is a good time to:
- meditate
- take a nap
- listen to music
- read
- take a cleansing bath
- go for a walk in the woods
- and any form of self-care you can think of.
Using the Moon phase as a prompt to rest, is my way to remember. What’s yours?

What a wonderful list! I completely agree, it’s the perfect time for these things. I used to be impatient for the movement and growth of the waxing and full moon, but these days I love the stillness of the New Moon 🙂
