I want to give you an update on what’s going on with my book. I thought it would be out in August, then October. Now it’s “sometime in the beginning of 2014”. The reason for this is that the first editors didn’t get back to me, so I got a new one late August. She said she’d have it ready for October 31, but then things happened. There were some family matters she had to take care of, which I fully understand. So we had to push it forward.

If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s a look at the cover: (Click for a bigger picture)  It contains the uses for 25 common weeds. Medical, magical, culinary, cosmetic, fun facts, and more. Wonderful Weeds will be coming out at the beginning of 2014, both as an ebook and as a paperback. If you want notification of its release, follow my blog (sign up in the sidebar), sign up for my ezine (also in the sidebar) or like my Facebook Page.

Very enticing title for your book! Who would think that weeds are wonderful? Nature is our best healthy resource. I look forward to your publication, paperback is my choice. Good things are worth waiting for. Great job!

Isn’t a weed only a plant in the wrong place?! I use lots of “weeds” for all sorts of things from nettle soup to dandelion jelly and any “weeds” from my garden either become compost or pig food!

Yes, it depends on who’s definition of wrong place as well. I only use the word because it’s the easiest way to make people understand what plants I’m talking about.
