My second F post is about feeling. About not just registering the basics, but actually taking the time to check how you feel.

If you follow the moon phases closely, whether you adapt your magic to them or not, make sure you register how they affect you. Does your body or emotions change with the moon phases?

If you walk through a forest, if you sit by a stream, or if you’re out in the rain or on a windy day. Stop and take it in. How do you feel different?

When you take a bath, cook, clean, play with pets or kids. When you paint, draw, or read. Every step you take. Feel what it does to you, both physically, mentally and emotionally. You’ll have a richer life for it, and probably a closer connection to nature and those in your life.
