To have enough energy for all the things you need to do in a day, you need to fill up at some point. So why not do that tonight. Take some time after the kids are asleep to spoil yourself with some exquisite self-care. You don’t have to be right to have a spa treatment.

Herbs are accessible to most of us, and so are any oils and other ingredients you might need. Here are a couple of suggestions for you to try. Pick at least one, and try it as soon as you can. You need to take care of yourself to be able to take care of others. And for the guys reading this, the same goes for you. Just because you aren’t women, doesn’t mean you don’t need some self-care.

Face ‘lotion’

Take some thin slices of Cucumber, rub them gently over your face. Avoid the area around the eyes. Cucumber tightens the skin and stimulates the circulation.

Deep cleansing mask

1 tbsp of semi-coarse Oats 1 tbsp of dried Orange peel 1 tbsp of Almond flour Natural yogurt Mix the dry ingredients and add yogurt to the right consistency. Spread it on your face, and relax for 20 minutes before rinsing it off.

Quickly made moisturizing cream

2 tbsp of Almond oil 2 tbsp of Rose water Whisk or use a blender. Shake before use.

Foot bath

Start by putting your feet in warm water with 5-10 drops of aroma oil. Rest for 15 minutes. Rub hard areas and dead skin with a pumice stone or a brush.
