Since my sick-leave percentage was increased to 40 %, my working hours will have to change. This week, I’m working 8-12:30, but there’s no guarantee that this will continue. I’ll probably have to vary my hours a bit so that everything fits together at the support department.
When I start at 8, I have to be here at 8 as well. No flexibility anymore. I can’t say I’m elated to get varied hours. I can’t arrive at work at any other time than I do now. So I’ll have to do other things at the start of the day if it’s on a day when I’m supposed to start later. I just hope I’m able to end the day so that I can catch the same train home as usual. Anything else will be agonizingly difficult, if not expensive.
