Tea for the digestion I
1 tsp of dried Nettle
2 1⁄2 dl (~8.5 fl oz) of water
Pour the boiling water over the herbs, let it sit for 10 minutes, strain. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
Tea against diarrhea I
3 tbsp of Blueberries
1⁄2 l (~16.9 fl oz) of water
Boil for 10 minutes, strain.
Tea against gas I
1 tsp of Blueberry leaves
2 1⁄2 dl (~8.5 fl oz) of water
Pour boiling water over the leaves and let it sit for 10 minutes, strain. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
Tea for the digestion II
1 tsp of crushed Anise seeds
2 1⁄2 dl (~8.5 fl oz) of water
Pour the boiling water over the seeds, let it sit for 10 minutes, strain. Drink 1 cup 2-6 times a day, with honey if you like. Don't crush the seeds until you're going to use them.
Overfullness and gas
20 g (~0.7 oz) of Anise seeds
20 g (~0.7 oz) of Fennel
20 g (~0.7 oz) of Caraway
20 g (~0.7 oz) of Coriander
20 g (~0.7 oz) of Angelica root
Take 1 tsp of the mixture and let it sit in 2 1⁄2 dl (~8.5 fl oz) of water for 10 minutes. Drink a cup after meals.
Appetite stimulating tea I
1⁄2 tsp of Buckbean
2 dl (~6.8 fl oz) of water
Make an infusion. 1-2 tsp 4-5 times a day, a half hour before meals.
Appetite stimulating tea II
4 tsp of Hip leaves
1⁄2 l (~16.9 fl oz) of boiling water
Make an infusion and let it sit for 10 minutes, strain and drink.

1 tbsp of finely cut Tormentil
2 1⁄2 dl (~8.5 fl oz) of water
Boil for 10 minutes, strain. Drink 2-3 times a day.
Tea against gas II
1 tbsp dried, cut leaves of Lemonbalm
2 1⁄2 dl (~8.5 fl oz) of boiling water
Let it sit for 10 minutes, strain. Drink a cup 3 times a day.
Appetite stimulating tea III
1 tsp of Thyme
3 dl (~10.1 fl oz) of boiling water
Make an infusion. Cover and leave for 20 minutes, strain. Drink 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Cabbage juice
This drink is good for your tummy and also general diet and nutrition. Make carrot juice from 3 medium carrots. Combine 1⁄4 head of cabbage (slice it to fit your home juicer) and 1 stalk of celery (save the pulp for coleslaw). Juice 5 pitted cherries. This fruit and vegetable juicing yields 1⁄4 cups of soothing juice.
Plantain Syrup
Mash the plant, filter the liquid. Mix it with sugar in the same proportion, diluting it previously by putting the pot in hot water. Take three spoonfuls a day.
