I create is some form or another every single day. Over the years, creating has become a bigger and bigger part of my life. There are a lot more, but these are some of the main reasons I create every day.

  • I love it
  • It’s fun
  • It develops my skills
  • It takes my mind off my challenges
  • It’s meditative
  • It brings clarity when I have a problem
  • I get to express myself freely
  • It’s part of who I am, so it’s something I have to do to stay sane

The painting behind the text is one I finished today, just before publishing this post. The paint wasn’t even dry when I took the picture.

Do you have something you do every single day?

What is it, and why do you keep doing it?

Tell me in a comment below.

I use my blog as a journal. I try to update it every day several times a day with things I have learned besides my daily life story. Journaling helps me remember to do things I have a problem with. I now take my pills every morning because that usually ends up in my journal part and my food intake and diabetes testing.

    I love your picture!

I used to do that too but started writing about subjects I found interesting instead. Keeping a journal when adjusting for diabetes is important.

I also write about my feelings, stories of our lives (non-fiction) and poems and lots of helpful information. I am a blog of many subjects.

You can make a book out of that one day 🙂

Yes I can. It is all out of order. I write as things come to me, but perhaps I will one day write the book I keep talking about.

Mine were all out of order too. It took some work, but it’s easier to compile something you’ve already written, than write it from scratch 🙂

We do create each and every day! Nice thoughts, Coach Rose.

I finally get to catch up with my favourite blogs today! It’s been AGES. This job is *not* doing me good (and I’m working on changing it).

At the moment there’s very little I really do every day, but when my life is in balance, I dance every day. It keeps me sane and it gets me into a kind of light trance which is very conducive to my creativity 🙂

Thanks for taking the time Sibylle 🙂 I’m glad to hear you’re taking steps to change it. That’s the work from home option?
Dancing does a lot for us, so it’s great that you’re doing that.

Yoga helps 🙂 I’m trying to get some in every day, even if it’s just a little
