Allison Crow has merged art and spirituality in her “Meditation and Manifestation with Markers” program. I had the opportunity to listen to one of her classes tonight, and it was great. I’m looking forward to the rest of the event.

I did a short doodle meditation, and it was very relaxing. I didn’t have that many fine-liners available. Most of them have disappeared into the depths of Lilith’s toy chest, and I don’t want to spend the evening digging them out. So I used a black fine-liner, oil pastels, and watercolour pencils instead.

For some reason, I ended up making a lot of spirals. I suspect the reason will show itself later. In addition to the meditation, there was a lot of great content as well. If it feels like something you’d enjoy, check out her 7 Day Doodle Meditation PlayShop with Allison & Chariti on Facebook. (I’m not an affiliate or anything, I just love what she does, and her energy.) I’m posting this on my “intuition and readings” day because I’m sure those of you who enjoy those posts, would enjoy this too.
