Consider this your official invitation to have some fun in April.

If you

  • feel creatively stuck
  • feel like you’re not creative at all
  • wish you had time to be more creative
  • want to explore your creativity
  • want to create with more confidence
  • wish to re-awaken your creativity

Join me in the April Creativity Challenge, starting on the 1st of April 2014. When we did the challenge in October, we had such a blast. I’d love to see you there.

The creativity challenge helps you

  • create a habit of making time for yourself
  • get used to being creative on a regular basis
  • be less of a perfectionist
  • not worry about making a mess
  • connect with like-minded people
  • explore new ways of being creative

Some examples of what we’re doing are

  • Photography
  • Drawing
  • Origami
  • Style experiment
  • Free-writing

In this challenge, there’s no pressure. You don’t have to follow the daily prompts I send you, they’re just to inspire you to create. If you miss a day or two, you don’t have to catch up. Plus, any tools and materials used in this challenge are free, easy to get hold of, or already available in or near your home.

Doesn’t this sound like fun?

    Linda,
This sounds like fun! What a wonderful way to spend a month. I feel something is wrong when I can’t do something creative or make something with my hands. I will share this with my community.

Thanks Emily 🙂 I’m the same way. If I can’t create in some way, somethings wrong.

This sounds like a delightful way to spend time in April. I am active in writing poetry & making greeting cards with stamps & designs. It’s fun to allow my creative side out to play. If there’s still room, please count me in. Thank you. Injoy:) Carolyn

Thanks for this post! It’s a big deal, so I will skip this turn in order to get ready and fix the last things for the next one… Thank you!

Great idea, Linda! Lately I’ve been feeling very uninspired with my blog – and I’ll bet I just need to open up my creative juices!

These are 2 things I definitely need to work on: “create a habit of making time for yourself” and “not worry about making a mess”. I cannot make it this time but it’s definitely something I’ll consider in the future.
    Great idea, Linda!

Excellent idea, Linda! I have so many people tell me how creative I am yet I feel hard pressed for new ideas to express my creativity. Thanks for this opportunity.

Thanks for setting up this creativity challenge, Linda. Sounds like great fun. I’m already swamped with goals for April, so the most I can plan is to stop in for the occasional inspiration. Good luck!

This is great Linda! I wish I could commit to do something everyday but I will keep it in mind next time you do this.
