    Ive been on your website for the book of shadows. Im intrigued. Can you further explain spells? Which would you recommend? And what is the mindset one is to have to complete these things?

      Spells can be seen as a different kind of prayer, a way to put a focus on what you want to change. My best recommendation would be to write your own. I have some advice for that here https://lindaursin.net/library/welcome/spells/ As for mindset, I’d say knowing they’re not a quick-fix but they can help you take the steps you need.
