Happy New Year and welcome to 2018. Do you have any plans for this year? Something you really want or feel like you need to do for yourself?
Maybe you’re planning to be more spiritual this year?
Maybe it’s a change of lifestyle?
Or maybe it’s something simpler, like reading more books?
Whatever it is, take small steps. It makes it a lot easier to stick to the change and make it a habit.
For spirituality, it can be as simple as lighting a candle every morning or greeting the sun as it rises.
For a lifestyle change, it could be walking for ten minutes every day, or changing to green tea instead of coffee.
If you want to read more books (without staying up all night like I might), read one chapter a night.
